OpenXava在中文环境下，时间控件无法点击打开的解决方法

OpenXava在中文系统的各个浏览器中点击时间控件没有任何响应，其原因就在{OX}workspaceOpenXavawebeditorscalendarlangcalendar-zh.js文件。将其代码修改为// ** I18N// Calendar ZH language
