Oracle升级：11.2.0.3安装patch13831007遇到no filemap entries available.

环境介绍：
AIX、Oracle11gRAC 11.2.0.3.0
根据文档[ID 1392633.1],安装patch 13831007.

安装完成后，通过opatch lsinventory检查13831007情况，发现以下问题：Interim patches （5） :

[oracle@p510]/tmp/oracle/patch/13831007/etc/config $cp actions.xml $ORACLE_HOME/inventory/oneoffs/13831007/etc/config再次检查：[oracle@p520 ~]$ /oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/OPatch/opatch lsinventory -detail -oh /oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.3
