在“应用程序”中找到XAMPP，然后在XAMPP中找到proftpd.conf文件，

编辑文件

ServerName "ProFTPD"

ServerType standalone

DefaultServer on

DefaultAddress 127.0.0.1

保存后，重启服务即可。
