Major changes in this release include: live CDs for GNOME and KDE, VirtualBox 2.0.2, OpenOffice.org 3.0RC2, GNOME 2.24.0, KDE 4.1.2, Mono 2.0RC3, Compiz 0.7.8. This release is ready for widespread testing and we"re encouraging everyone to download and test it." The release announcement also includes a note on the current status of the troublesome e1000e network module, warning for users of OpenOffice.org, and a list of other known issues.
